SUMMARY

High School 3: HIGH SCHOOL 3 WAS NOT ADDRESSED, IT WAS RESCHEDULED FOR THURSDAY (WHEN THE CHCCS SCHOOL BOARD HAS A MEETING!!)

60/40 Capital Split: If I correctly understand what I heard at the meeting last night, not only will school construction spending be reduced from 76% to 60%, but the favored options will divert "School Construction Impact Fees" from the schools and use it to enrich the general debt service. (we are trying to keep editorial out of orangecitizens.org, so see http://www.orangecountypolitics.org/index.php?p=15 for one opinion on this meeting)
